We call our way of working our Battle Plan - a tried and tested 3 stage approach that works on all projects, whether we are working on a through the line awareness campaign or designing and delivering a transactional website:

Strategy is the big picture. It's about looking at the whole landscape and mapping out the best route to the front line. Starting with your goals and objectives we'll get our heads into your whole business. Using our arsenal of tools, we'll identify the most effective overall plan, whether you need a brand positioning, a digital campaign or an advertising launch.

Specific steps to achieve strategic goals

This is about changing our focus from the forest to the trees. We zoom in and use the blueprint of the strategy to create a set actions. Our tactics are our ideas. We've laid down our strategy, we've deployed our tactics, we've signed everything off and now we're ready to bring in the troops. The delivery stage is where we instruct the right people for the job. These specialists will carry out our tactics and make sure they are delivered with military precision.
